Go Ocean wants to support and accelerate the restoration of coastlines and marine ecosystems, promote the resilience of our oceans against threats like climate change, and protect marine wildlife habitat.
Mission
To represent, empower, support, and accelerate marine conservation and restoration projects (that are currently still underrepresented) by providing companies and individuals accessible, tangible and transparent ways to support these projects.
Vision
To conserve, protect and restore the blue lung of the Earth to slow down climate change, to prevent further degradation of the oceans and marine wildlife habitat, and to ensure survival of the planet and all species on it.
Goals
Healthier coastlines, healthier ecosystems, healthier marine wildlife and more resilient coastal communities. Ocean restoration as a no-brainer.

The ocean needs our help now. So, it’s time to move up a gear together with our ambassador Wim Willaert.
We all love Wim (you know him from Nonkels, Undercover, Eigen Kweek, Styx and other top series), but in addition to the fact that we laugh our heads off with his great tv series, Wim, as a resident of Nieuwpoort, has a deep-rooted bond with the sea . His enthusiasm and support for “het zèètje” can increase awareness of the ocean issue.
Because of the success of Go Forest, Go Ocean was born. As sister company of Go Forest, Go Ocean acts with similar integrity and transparency and has the same mission of restoring our nature.
