Help to rebuild our reef
In 2024, we started to restore two rubble patches in the North of Nusa Penida, Indonesia. We are slowly turning these rubble patches into a vibrant coral reefs. We already installed 603 coral spiders, that are maintained and monitored weekly. In three years, the structures will be completely overgrown with corals and the reef will be able to provide all the ecosystem benefits.
However, we haven’t found the support for another 500 coral spiders in 2025, yet we need it for the continuation of our project.
That’s why we launched our Reef Revival membership!
Reef Revival membership
When starting a Reef Revival membership at Go Ocean, you support the installation of one coral spider every month for the coming 12 months and you are continuously updated on the developments in the field. All your efforts can be followed up transparently by you and your stakeholders via a personal impact dashboard.
As this project is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals creating ecological and socioeconomic positive impact and with the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, it is perfectly integrable in your sustainability reporting.
